#15 Web 2.0

Read "Into a New World of Librarianship". Today and tomorrow's libraries are not "your mother's libraries". In order to be effective there has to be constant interaction between a library staff and its patrons, awareness of new methods of communicating needs and the technology to meet those needs. There may be failures, but we move on to find a better way. The goal is to provide the easiest, most successful and most thorough path to the information that is being sought.
